Addition of Product Exclusion to the Tranche 3-$200B Action and Extension of Sixth Round of Product Exclusions Covered Under China Section 301

On 07/17/2020,CSMS #43400564  USTR published FR Notice 85 FR 41267 to extend certain Section 301 List 1 (34B) exclusion through December 31, 2020. They also adding new exclusion to Section 301 List 3 (200B)
