Section 301 China List 3 – $200B Product Exclusion Extensions

On August 11, 2020, the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) published Federal Register (FR) Notice 85 FR 48600, extending certain product exclusions from Section 301 List 3($200B) that was set to expire on August 7th, 2020.

The expiration on certain products will be extend through December 31, 2020

The importers may file a Post Summary Correction (PSC) if the entry has already been paid, the Importer may file a Post Summary Correction (PSC) if within the PSC filing timeframe or a Protest if the entry is beyond the PSC filing timeframe and if within the protest filing timeframe.
